Dr. Blake loves transforming smiles. He believes a person’s personality flourishes when given the smile of their dreams. His passion for what he does will show from the first time you meet him. Dr. Blake loves to connect with his patients and engineer smiles that will truly amaze!

Dr. Blake has received many prestigious educational and clinical awards. He attended Southern Methodist University where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. He then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio for his doctoral training. After obtaining his DDS, Dr. Blake opened his dental offices in Dallas and Fort Worth focusing on cosmetics. He then went on to do his residence where he completed his specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Blake not only served as chief resident during this time, but also gained a master’s degree in business administration. Throughout his education, he received inaugural awards in clinical excellence and leadership.

Outside of the office, Dr. Blake loves running, playing monopoly and pickleball, chocolate and spending time with his sweet family. Dr. Blake has a loving wife, son, daughter and lab named George. He is most committed to being an amazing husband and father to his dear family.

Hannah attended Wharton County Jr. College and after that transitioned into dental assisting in the Summer of 2017. She joined our practice in winter of 2022 and loves our great team. She also loves how knowledgeable Dr. Sherrick is and how what he teaches us daily helps us grow as a practice. Wearing multiple hats throughout the office and having to constantly adapt changes and learn new skills has made her an asset to the ALO team; not to mention her vibrant, bubbly personality! She really enjoys talking with and getting to know our patients. Hannah currently resides in Kingwood with her partner and son. Her hobbies include going to concerts and the rodeo, and going on adventure trips. She also recently took up gardening.

Dusty started working at Auburn Lakes Orthodontics in September 2021. Her favorite part about working here is our team and our patients. She does her best to make patients and families feel comfortable and at home while visiting. Dusty lives with her loving husband, four dogs and cat. She enjoys fishing and spending time with family.

Brittney attended Houston Dental Assisting School in Woodlands, TX, for her education. She joined our practice in July 2024 and loves all the great people she gets to work with. She always brings her bubbly personality to work every day. Brittney was a military brat who traveled all over the world. Her son is the reason she does what she does, and she loves to read and write.

Lucille received her education from Texas School of Business in 2008. She became a part of our team in 2022 and loves giving her best every day. Her favorite thing about our practice is how every day is different. Lucille has three daughters and four grandkids, and is an active member of the Mt. Pilgrim Baptist church. In her free time, she enjoys the water and watching dolphins in Galveston.
